Report Shows Google Sends Less Search Traffic but More Discover Traffic To Publishers

A recent report analyzing traffic rates to publishers shows Google increased traffic from Google Discovery while decreasing it from Google Web Search.

The Newsdash report analyzed 8 billion clicks from various publishers to determine where they get their traffic, comparing Google Search Console data from 2023 to 2024. 

John Shehata, the Newsdash founder, said the results are eye-opening.
