Top 16 SaaS Marketing Agencies by Channel: SEO, Content, PPC, Email and More

The best SaaS marketing agency is a specialist in the channel that is currently limiting your growth, not a generalist offering every service. Below: a short diagnostic for which channel that is, how to judge any agencyโ€™s proof, and 16 agencies grouped by what they do best. I run uSERP, listed at #1, and say so wherever it matters.

The short answer

Finding a SaaS marketing agency that can actually help you acquire more customers and sales-qualified leads is not easy. As a SaaS operator myself, I know the pain: most agencies focus on vanity metrics, not acquired users and growth.

I have worked with dozens of agencies across every part of software marketing. The rule that holds up: hire a specialist for the channel you need, verify their proof the way you would verify a candidateโ€™s resume, and keep a go-to-market partner in reserve for when you do not yet know which channel is the constraint. This page is built around that rule, with the 16 agencies as supporting material rather than the whole answer.

2. CodelessBest for content production

3. HoliniBest for PPC and attribution

Senior-only paid search and paid social for B2B tech with complex sales cycles, with the analytics and tracking work most PPC agencies skip. Client examples per Holini include DeskTime, Cherry Servers, EstateGuru and Zebra BI. No relationship with uSERP.

How we chose and ordered these agencies. Each one is a specialist in a SaaS channel, works with SaaS companies as a stated focus, names clients or shows work publicly, and has been active on the review date. Order within the list reflects my judgment of SaaS depth and proof, with my own agency first and disclosed. Entries were last checked against each agencyโ€™s site on October 25, 2026.
Chapter 1 of 5

Which specialist do you need?

Software as a service needs different marketing from ecommerce consulting, consulting companies, or brick and mortar services. Before you compare agencies, work out which channel is actually constraining growth. Read your situation down the left, verify the middle column first, then act.

SaaS is not ecommerce consulting, and the agency you hire should have deep expertise in software solutions and technology services: how technical products are researched, how buyers compare features, integrations and pricing, and how messaging connects product complexity to business value for software companies in competitive markets. They should know how to move the metrics that matter, revenue, users and growth, with a clear plan to drive sales-qualified leads rather than clicks.

The mistake I see most is hiring before diagnosing. An agency that offers 100 services will happily sell you the one you ask for, whether or not it is the constraint. So start here.

Which specialist do you need?

Seven common situations, what to verify before you spend, the specialist type to call first, and the assumption that wastes the most budget.

If this is youVerify firstCall this specialist firstDo not assume
Traffic grows, demos and trials do notThe conversion path, lead quality and whether the message matches who is landingCopywriting and CRO (Mighty Fine Copy), or positioning (GrowthRamp) if the message is the problemThat you need more traffic
Competitors own your category terms and you sit on page twoReferring domains versus theirs, and whether you have pages covering the terms at allSEO and link building (uSERP, Marveta, SERP Forge)That more blog posts will close an authority gap
Paid works but CAC keeps climbingTracking, attribution and landing pages before touching bidsSenior PPC with analytics (Holini, HeyDigital, PPC.io)That cutting spend fixes efficiency
You publish every week and nothing ranks or convertsKeyword intent, subject-matter depth and distribution of what you already havePipeline-focused content (Grow and Convert, Codeless)That volume is the problem
You are missing from AI answers for โ€œbest [category] softwareโ€Which sites those answers cite, and whether you are mentioned on themAEO and GEO (Scalerrs, Grow and Convert, uSERP)That ranking #1 on Google guarantees a citation
Pipeline depends on outbound and replies are fallingList quality, deliverability and the offer, before adding volumeEmail and outbound (GrowBots)That more sends fix a weak offer
You do not know which channel is the constraintStage, ICP, unit economics and where your current customers actually came fromGo-to-market strategy (GrowthRamp, Epic Slope) or a senior consultant (Mike Khorev)That hiring any specialist now beats diagnosing first
Chapter 2 of 5

How to judge an agencyโ€™s proof

Every agency on this list, mine included, says it focuses on revenue rather than vanity metrics. Here is what to ask for so that claim means something.

Five checks before you believe a result

  1. Period and baseline. โ€œGrew traffic 300%โ€ means nothing without the start number and the time it took. Ask for both.
  2. Metric definition. Traffic, keywords and DR are inputs. Ask how the result shows up in trials, demos, SQLs or pipeline, and who defined those.
  3. A source you can open. A published case study with the client named, or a review on Clutch or G2 under a real name, beats a logo wall.
  4. Who did the work. Senior-only, or senior-sold and junior-delivered? Ask who will be in your weekly call six months in.
  5. Relationships. If a list ranks the authorโ€™s own company, a sister agency or a vendor, it should say so. This page does.
What the difference looks likeWeak: โ€œWe drove incredible results for a leading SaaS brand.โ€Strong: โ€œmonday.com, organic traffic +22% in the first three months and +77.84% across the engagement, published case study linked.โ€

The 16 best SaaS marketing agencies by channel

Here are my rankings for the 16 best SaaS marketing agency companies, from SEO to email to social media. Jump to a channel, or read in order.

1

uSERPBest for SaaS SEO and link buildingSEO and link buildingDigital PRAI search visibilityAuthorโ€™s agency, disclosed

Disclosure first: I am co-founder and CEO of uSERP, so you should read this entry as the ownerโ€™s pitch and weigh the third-party proof below rather than my ranking. uSERP is a SaaS SEO agency and link building and SEO agency: we provide strategy and execution for organic search to acquire customers, and we have done it for SaaS companies from Series A to IPO.

The engagement runs in three phases: a revenue-focused keyword and content strategy built around the terms your buyers search, then link building and digital PR to earn the authority those pages need (brand mentions and links from sites like HubSpot and Crunchbase), then an ongoing KPI review against pipeline, not traffic. We also own and operate our own SaaS, Wordable, so we run the same playbook on our own revenue. Here is how we approach link building for SaaS, and what our link building services include.

HoliniBest SaaS PPC and analytics agency for B2B techPPC and analytics

Holini is a senior-only PPC and analytics agency focused on B2B tech. They cover paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, paid social on LinkedIn and YouTube, and performance creative, with pipeline growth as the stated goal rather than clicks.

The analytics side is what sets them apart: audits, tracking fixes, full-funnel measurement setup and custom KPI dashboards so SaaS companies can measure pipeline and customer acquisition accurately. The senior-only model and narrow B2B focus mean you get company-specific growth systems with strong emphasis on qualified pipeline, CAC control and reliable attribution.

Best forB2B tech and SaaS companies with complex sales cycles that need senior-only PPC execution and strong attribution
Hire them forPPC management, paid social and analytics support
Recognizable clientsDeskTime, Cherry Servers, EstateGuru, Zebra BIClient names per Holini
Choose them ifpaid is working but you cannot trust the attribution behind it
Look elsewhere ifyou are B2C or your spend is too small to justify a senior-only team
6

ScalerrsBest AEO and Reddit marketing agency for B2B SaaSAEO and Reddit

Scalerrs is a fully remote, SaaS-only SEO and AEO agency that helps B2B software companies grow organic pipeline and revenue, including technical, complex products most generalist agencies are not equipped for. The goal is owning your category across every surface buyers research: Google, ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, plus Wikipedia and YouTube, with AI search treated as core rather than an add-on.

Reddit marketing is where Scalerrs stands apart. An in-house team runs the white-hat playbook large brands use: the companyโ€™s own branded handle, owned subreddits, and disclosed thought leaders participating under their own names, rather than unattributed posting. Per Scalerrs, they work exclusively with B2B SaaS from Series A to enterprise, with 80+ clients served across the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore and the EU.

Best forB2B SaaS companies (mid-market and enterprise, Series A and beyond) that need to own their category across search, AI answers and Reddit

They have worked at both early and late stages, which gives them a view on scaling MRR from nothing and on compounding growth from existing customers. If you are not sure how to market your SaaS or which channels to approach, GrowthRamp is the kind of partner to bring in before you hire a channel specialist.

10

GrowBotsBest SaaS email marketing agencyEmail and outbound

Email marketing for SaaS companies is still a way to acquire customers, keep existing ones and drive sales-qualified leads. Cold email outreach is alive and well; I use it for both my SaaS company and my agency, and it has closed enterprise contracts for us.

GrowBots is unusual among email agencies because they are a SaaS tool too. They offer the software and full-service packages, so you can trial the platform for two weeks before deciding on the managed service. Being both a SaaS and an agency, they use their own methods to acquire customers.

Best forSaaS brands with PMF
Hire them forEmail outreach and prospecting (software plus managed service)

PPC.io specializes in pay-per-click advertising and the tracking systems behind it. Founder Stewart Dunlop puts it plainly: โ€œIf you donโ€™t have a foolproof tracking system in place to accurately measure performance across all of your advertising platforms, then youโ€™re going to have blindspots and lag behind your competitors.โ€

The pitch is an integrated view across every platform you advertise on, so campaigns are continually optimized against the same numbers. Client names are not disclosed publicly, so ask for references.

Formats include listicles, guest posts and contextual placements, each reviewed for relevance and link quality, customized by industry, target pages, anchor strategy and competitive landscape.

Look elsewhere ifyou need the strategy that decides which pages deserve links
15

Grow and ConvertHigh-intent content that turns traffic into qualified leadsContent and GEO

Grow and Convert is a content marketing and SEO agency that approaches AI search visibility through a research-backed framework it calls Prioritized GEO. Rather than isolated tactics like llms.txt files or question headings, the framework organizes AI visibility into three tiers: owned content that ranks in traditional search (the foundation), citation outreach to the specific sites LLMs reference, and on-site optimization, which their research found least impactful.

To support the work they built Traqer.ai, a tracking tool that monitors brand citation rates across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Content production is interview-based rather than AI-generated, with writers interviewing subject matter experts before writing, so the content reflects real product expertise that AI systems can surface.

Best forB2B and SaaS companies that need content marketing and SEO to generate pipeline and demos
Hire them forGrowing pipeline and leads from content and improving AI search visibility
Recognizable clientsYelp, Leadfeeder, Geekbot, Circuit, CognitiveFXClient names per Grow and Convert

Respona is an outreach and link building platform built for marketing teams that want to scale backlink acquisition and partnership outreach without fragmented tools or manual prospecting. Disclosure: uSERP is a Respona customer, and Respona lists us as a client.

Unlike a traditional agency, Respona combines outreach software with fully managed link building, so SaaS companies can run campaigns themselves or hand the whole process to Responaโ€™s in-house team. The platform covers prospecting, contact discovery and email personalization so teams can secure editorial backlinks and partnerships at scale.

Best forSaaS companies and marketing teams looking to scale link building, digital PR and outreach campaigns
Hire them forLink building, outreach automation, digital PR campaigns and done-for-you backlink acquisition

Ready for an SEO and link building specialist?

A quick readiness check before you book a call with us, or with any agency in the SEO and links column above.

A specialist fits if
  • You have product-market fit and a sales motion that converts organic demand into trials or demos
  • Competitors already rank for the category terms you need, so the gap is authority, not awareness
  • You can commit to a quarter of consistent work and measure it in pipeline
  • Your site is indexable and your pages can take the authority (no technical rebuild pending)
Hold off if
  • You are still finding PMF; spend on positioning and customer conversations first
  • Your constraint is conversion, attribution or outbound; see the diagnostic in chapter 1
  • You want one agency to run every channel at once

Final thoughts: hiring a SaaS marketing agency

When hiring a SaaS marketing agency, look at your current, specific need instead of hiring a generalist. If you need SEO and backlinks, hire a team dedicated to that skill with direct SaaS experience. If social is your biggest need, hire a dedicated social agency in the SaaS space. Generalized agencies are good at everything and rarely great at the one thing you truly need.

Niche down with your agency, verify the proof, and fill in the gaps as you grow. If that gap is organic search, book an intro call with uSERP and bring your priority pages.

What an intro call covers
  • Where your category pages rank today and which are within reach
  • Which competitors outrank you and where their authority comes from
  • Whether your product shows up in AI answers for your category, and which sources those answers cite
  • A straight answer if SEO and links are not your best next spend

Want the authority your category terms require?

Talk to Jeremy, Brad or Gordon. We will look at your priority pages and growth goals and tell you what a program would need to cover.
